Shipping policy
The equipment is sent to your address by carrier. Surfboards and all other equipment ordered are insured. Unfortunately, as with all transport, breakages can occur. To avoid any inconvenience, it is essential to check that the equipment is in good condition at the time of delivery. If the equipment is damaged, simply refuse the parcel and indicate, for example: ‘Delivery refused, board broken’. In this case, we will send you a new board. It is important that damaged equipment is returned in its original packaging, wrapped and protected exactly as it arrived, so that it is not damaged on the way back to our premises.
If the carrier does not allow you to check the condition of the equipment in your presence, please indicate on the delivery note any visible damage to the outer packaging and state in writing ‘Packaging damaged, awaiting verification of the condition of the equipment’.
No claim will be accepted if the delivery note has been signed and the material accepted, either by Peppermint (Ride Up SLU) or by the carrier.
